All returns must be postmarked 15 days from the day the item is purchased to qualify for a return. All return shipping is at the buyers expense and delivery confirmation is highly recommended. All buyers also have 30 days from the purchase date to exchange their items. Again all return postage fees will be at the buyer’s expense. ID Beads will be happy to ship the replacement item for no cost.
